Training in financial modeling of projects using the Cisco web platform.
On December 26-27, online events by «Agents of Changes» were held using the Cisco web platform together with a project management expert, Doctor of Economics, Professor of Corporate Finance and Controlling of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, the head of financial and investment consulting laboratory, Tetyana Mayorova.
On December 26, the project manager, Svitlana Kropelnytska, and some project specialists held a joint web-meeting on the working issues of the «Agents of Changes» project. Today, the team of project specialists and other stakeholders had the opportunity to get some consultations and advice on the methodology of financial modeling of the project during the thematic webinar of the same name. In addition to the general aspects of Gantt’s project schedule, project cost management and budgeting, some specific examples of successful projects were considered, including the creation of a quest room for children with autism and others.
