Decentralization improves results and efficiency
A meeting with Krzysztof Gwutz, Director of Małopolska School of Public Administration, and Anastasia Bartsytska, Coordinator of the DOBRE project – «Decentralization improves results and efficiency» (a five-year project of the US Agency for International Development in the Field of Local Self-Government Development in Ukraine), Director of the Directorate for European Integration NGO «International Development Foundation», was held in the office of «AGENTS OF CHANGES» Centre.
The event was also attended by Volodymyr Stefanin, DOBRE Project Coordinator at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, and Svitlana Kropelnytska, Head of the Center, Associate Professor of Finance; Roman Shchur and Tetyana Myhovych, specialists of the Center, joined the event online through our platform pu.webex.com, created in the framework of the regional development project with the EU sector support.
The participants discussed potential cooperation within the framework of the DOBRE project, possibilities of using modern technology and professional potential of «AGENTS OF CHANGES».
