AGENTS OF CHANGES will help to preserve the Potocki Palace

The AGENTS OF CHANGES are cooperating with initiators of interesting plans to preserve the historic monument in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk, which is the famous palace built by the Polish crowned hetman, Andriy Potocki, for him and his family in the former Stanyslaviv. The palace complex was constructed in 1672—1682 and renovated in the 1980s.

September 16, there was an online consultation provided by the director of the Project and Educational Centre of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, Svitlana Kropelnytska, and the social projects expert, Tetiana Myhovych, for the deputy director of the Municipal Enterprise Space of Innovative Creativity Palace, Oksana Kovalchyk, on projects to renovate the palace building.

The experts explained how to formulate a title, to determine results and main activities of particular projects to be developed in order to achieve defined objectives.

The Precarpathian National University and the Municipal Enterprise Space of Innovative Creativity Palace are partners in the sphere of developming culture, science and business as well as preserving cultural heritage.

Let us recall that July 8 the respective Memorandum was signed by the rector of the Precarpathian National University, Igor Tsependa, and the director of the Municipal Enterprise, Volodymyr Haidar.

“Thanks to this cooperation and realization of respective projects with the help of our office AGENTS OF CHANGES, we will be able to develop our historic monument – the Potocki Palace – by drawing attention of our European colleagues. Europe is always interested in platforms of multicultural space of this kind. It will also allow us to attract investments and invite interesting personalities to our city,” – said Igor Tsependa at the time of signature.

In his turn, Volodymyr Haidar, the director of the Municipal Enterprise Space of Innovative Creativity Palace, emphasized that the Potocki Palace must become the platform for communication and cooperation of science, business and art. “We will create particular working groups on preserving cultural heritage in respect of archival, archeological researches. Besides, the university experts will be involved in cultural events taking place on our platform. That’s why we choose partners that can help us with this,” – said Volodymyr Haidar.
