Improved knowledge of public administration
The representatives of the Project and Educational Centre AGENTS OF CHANGES together with other faculty of the Precarpathian National University improved their training skills and developed their expert competences in order to increase the capacity of the education system in the sphere of public administration.
25 – 28 January, 2020, the University faculty led by Valentyna Yakubiv, the Vice-Rector of Science, participated in the training for trainers in the realization of the postgraduate program “Administration in the Ukrainian local government for leaders, middle managers, experts in public services of the community”.
The training was under the program “Decentralization brings better results and efficiency” which provides for further training of local government representatives, faculty, public activists in the sphere of public administration.
The training program includes:
- administration of local government,
- administration of public resources,
- administration of local economic development,
- public services, territorial administration,
- budgets and administration of financial resources,
- social communication and external partnership,
- administration of projects and
- leadership.
The training is based on the Ukrainian reality and experience of the EU countries, Poland, in particular.
Pretty soon, the Precarpathian National University will start to enroll for the certified postgraduate program for local government representatives.
