About cross-border and transnational projects and approaches for measuring economic impacts
Today, within the framework of the sectoral budget support project of European Union, Oksana Hryshkevych, the director of the Department of State Investment Projects and Development Support of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine together with Nataliia Lohoiko, the expert on financial management of World Bank projects, conducted a regular training for «Agents of Changes» trainers.
The experts shared information on financial instruments to support state and regional development projects, in particular, on cross-border and transnational programs, sectoral budget support projects and public investment programs. They emphasized on the system of public investment management and the principles of its reform, the procedure and criteria for selection of public investment projects and new approaches for calculating the economic effect of projects.
The experts also informed about the financing of World Bank projects, the peculiarities of the implementation of the second urban infrastructure development project, co-financing of projects by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Clean Technology Fund.
