To continue working on the development of creative clusters, the AGENTS OF CHANGES together with the Agency of Regional Development (ARD) of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast had a number of offline and online meetings on June, 24.

The participants included Viktor Vintoniak, the director of the ARD of the oblast, Roman Bubna, the director of the Scientific Park “Precarpathian University”, Svitlana Kropelnytska, the head of the AGENTS OF CHANGES, and Tetiana Myhovych, the expert on soft/social projects.

The participants defined common ways of their work in the post-crisis future, during “new normality” which will follow the pandemic. They discussed the potential for the development of creative platforms – clusters in the sphere of creative industries and tourism. One of these platforms can become the cultural and creative cluster “The West”. Its main purpose will be to satisfy the needs of not only Ukrainian, but also continental film production.

It will give impetus to the development of related industries and spheres as well as innovative tools which will help to implement this: industrial parks, business incubators, hubs, project and educational centers, etc.

Let us recall that the technical requirement for the “Industrial and Innovative Park” was developed and submitted to the Strategy of the development of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast 2021-2027. The project was prepared by the Project and Educational Centre “Agents of Changes” of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University and the Scientific Park “Precarpathian University”.
