THE PROJECT AND EDUCATIONAL CENTREAGENTS OF CHANGESAT THE PNU HELD THE TWOWEEK HANDS-ON TRAINING FOR THE STUDENTS OF THE SPECIALTY “FINANCE, BANKING AND INSURANCE”.

THE STUDENTS HAD A CHANCE TO LEARN AND ACQUIRE BASIC SKILLS CONCERNING DIFFERENT TYPES OF THE PROJECTS THE TEAM OF THE AGENTS OF CHANGES WORK WITH.

INTERNATIONAL/CROSSBORDER PROJECTS          

Tetiana Solodzhuk, the expert of the Agents of Changes, Associate Professor of the Finance Department told the students about the peculiarities of designing and searching for grant resources to finance international and cross-border projects.

SOFT/SOCIAL PROJECTS

Tetiana Myhovych and Myroslava Kulesha-Liubinets, the experts of the Centre, informed the students about the peculiarities of social projecting and answered their questions concerning the organization of the educational practice.

At the end of the consultation, Myroslava KuleshaLiubinets provided the students with the tools for diagnosing motivation to succeed and different reflective exercises.

RESEARCH/INNOVATION PROJECTS

Zoriana Krykhovetska told the students about the significance of research projects in which students take an active part for higher educational establishments. She talked about types of research grants, sequence of preparation and submitting a project proposal.

INTERNATIONAL/CROSSBORDER PROJECTS

Nataliya Lokatyr told the students about mobility projects, types of mobility, places to look for current programs and the most important things for these projects.

HARD/INVESTMENT PROGRAMS

Roman Shchur and Ivan Fufalko told the students about the peculiarities of designing and carrying out hard investment projects. They also focused on the pre-investment stage of the project development where the key stage is to work out a feasibility study or business plan.

REGIONAL/LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

Svitlana Kropelnytska, the head of the Centre, Associate Professor of the Finance Department, finalize the intensive hands-on training for the students by summarizing the information about the projects which promotes regional and local development as well as about opportunities of their funding and implementation.
